At Green Homes, we’re proud to offer the leading factory warranty program provided by Triple M Housing. Our warranty is comparable to that of a site-built home, ensuring peace of mind for years to come.

1-Year Comprehensive Warranty

For the first year, we’ve got you covered for nearly everything in your home. If something needs fixing, just give us a call, and we’ll schedule approved repairs. This includes your furnace and water heater—while the manufacturer provides their warranty, we’ll handle the claims process to keep you warm, especially during those frigid Canadian winters!

2-Year Electrical Warranty

For two years, we cover electrical issues like plugs or fixtures. Our certified electrician will take care of any problems. Note: Light bulbs and breakers are your responsibility.

5-Year Envelope/Water Penetration Warranty

If, heaven forbid, there’s an issue with your home’s envelope or water penetration within five years, just reach out. Our maintenance crew will address it promptly.

20-Year Factory Structural Warranty

We stand by our homes with an unmatched 20-year factory structural warranty. You won’t find another manufacturer or builder in Canada offering this level of commitment—most stop at 10 years!

Lifetime Shingle Warranty

Our shingles come with a lifetime warranty (35 years, as defined by the shingle manufacturer). If your roof fails prematurely, you’ll receive prorated coverage for new shingles based on usage.

Appliance Warranty

We include appliances with your home—yay! These come with a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer. Be sure to fill out the warranty cards upon occupancy. A local dealer will handle any appliance issues, as we focus on the home itself.
