Check out our available modular home floor plans and starting prices to find the perfect home model for you. Our TURNKEY pricing model includes standard delivery and setup on your lot or chosen site as well as connection to your services with certified tradesmen.

Review what's included with each model to ensure it meets your needs and preferences.

Once you've selected your floor plan, submit a quote request to receive a more detailed estimate tailored to your location.

After receiving your detailed estimate, if you're ready to move forward, schedule a 15-minute video or phone call to discuss your options.

Proceed with the design and place a non-refundable design deposit. This deposit will allow us to create a more detailed quote for your selected plan. Your design deposit will be applied to your final order as a credit..

Place your order deposit, select colors, options, and finalize your design. A contract will be signed to confirm your choices.

Final design drawings incorporating any changes or adjustments are sent for customer approval. Once everything is confirmed, your home is officially put into production.
