THE BUYING PROCESS
Choose a floor plan, get a detailed estimate, customize to your specifications and then place your order. The Design and Deposit stage is where you choose your colors and options and finalize your design. Once everything is confirmed your house goes into production and we start to get the site ready for delivery and setup.

Search our floor plans and walk through tours to find your dream home today! From single to double wide, 864 sq ft to over 2000 sq ft and everything inbetween we have a home to suit your style and needs. We also have duplex and worksite office plans and smaller country cottages.
CURRENT LISTINGS
We service all of Northern BC and often place units on lots that we have purchased. We have sold completed units on land in Valemount, Smithers and Prince George and often have 3 to 5 units available to view and purchase.
