We are offering a part time entry-level position for a Real Estate Hostess 

 

POSITION REQUIREMENT IS FOR OUR SATURDAY SHIFT WITH OCCASIONAL SHOWINGS AND OPEN HOUSES AS REQUIRED.

This position has to ability to grow into more hours as the company continues to expand.

Who you are:

• You have an interest in real estate and selling/showing new homes.

• You are adaptable. You will be working directly with the public so no two clients will be the same. Coming from a customer service background, you will have the ability to respond to a variety of situations in whichever way your customers prefers.

• You have clear communication skills. You have the ability to efficiently answer questions.

• You dress in a professional matter- Green Homes frequently sees visits from clients, customers and other real estate professionals.

• You are flexible

• You are coachable

• You have a passion to help put people into the best and most energy efficient factory homes built in Canada

 

 

What will you do?

 

• Greet and escort clients through our show home-head office location  

• Occasionally show homes in our various offsite locations- including open houses

• Generate sales leads

• Assist with custom build design and color options.

• Generalized paperwork associated with home sales

 

 

Qualifications

 

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a sales or customer service position.

• Must have a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in Microsoft Office
